Terms of Service
Effective June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReviewKit (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
ReviewKit helps businesses request Google reviews by sending customers a one-tap review link by text message, and provides related tools and analytics.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Free trial & billing
- New accounts include a 7-day free trial (no card required).
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
- Consent to contact. You represent that you have the necessary consent and a lawful basis to send text messages to the customers you add, and you will comply with all applicable laws (including the TCPA and carrier/10DLC rules). You are solely responsible for the recipients you upload and the messages you send.
- No review gating.You will not use the Service to selectively solicit reviews based on predicted sentiment, or to incentivize or fake reviews, in violation of Google’s policies or the FTC’s rules.
- You will provide accurate business and customer information.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam or unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Twilio, Stripe, Google) whose own terms apply. We are not responsible for their services.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, ratings, or results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ReviewKit against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including messaging-consent laws).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ReviewKit’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
